A truth to carry

A job title made identity easy to explain. It told people something about your skills, responsibilities, and place in the world. When the title disappears, introductions can suddenly feel awkward. You may wonder what remains when the visible role is gone. Scripture points to a life deeper than public recognition: your life is hidden with Christ in God. Hidden does not mean forgotten. It means secured beyond the reach of changing circumstances. The truest part of you is held in communion with Christ. No retirement date can cancel it, and no quiet calendar can diminish it. You are not beginning from nothing. You are learning to live from the identity that was underneath every role all along.
