A truth to carry
Some mornings begin with an old ache, the same financial concern, or a question that did not resolve while you slept. New mercy does not always mean new circumstances. It means God's compassion has not been exhausted by yesterday's need. Receive mercy in today's measure. It may be enough patience for an appointment, enough courage for a conversation, enough energy for one responsibility, or enough peace to postpone a decision until you have sound advice. You do not need to carry a year's worth of strength at breakfast. God's faithfulness meets you in daily portions. Tomorrow's mercy will not arrive early, but neither will it fail to arrive with Him.
