A truth to carry
After years of alarms, traffic, deadlines, and decisions, stillness can feel less like peace and more like a missing sound. The mind keeps reaching for the next task because activity once assured you that the day mattered. God does not criticize that adjustment. He invites you to discover that silence is not empty when He is present. "Be still" is not an order to become passive. It is permission to stop carrying what only God can hold. The world continues without your constant management because it has always rested in His hands. In the pause, your soul can remember a truth that busyness often hides: God is God, and you are already loved before you accomplish anything today.
